No, we don’t. Instead, we ask you to provide us with a copy of data from your MI system in the form of standard reports. We then review the reports via our system and report back on specific issues which could reduce your funding if not addressed.

Our service includes several components to ensure you receive the best possible funding allocation:

• Review of your MI reports prior to submission
• Checking of Collect census reports once census is submitted.
• Review of the Allocation reports and Toolkits, and preparation of business cases if required.
• Access to our summer online webinars related to funding.
• In-year specific advice and guidance related to funding on issues specific to your sixth form

Yes, we can provide specific training sessions for your team as an individual online service. This service is available for clients, potential clients, and those who want to be made aware of the Post 16 funding process.

We aim to respond to client queries by the start of the following working day. Please note that the specific funding reports can take longer to process, but we strive to maintain effective communication throughout the process.
