TITLE COLLECT ANOMALIES

We have identified what appears to be an anomaly between MI data and collect data  and would remind clients we need to see your collect data to ensure you are not impacted.

ISSUE 1

If you have recently migrated from SIMS  ( within last 2 years we think) the YEAR 13 students who left in July 26 are missing from MI reports and COLLECT- This will have an impact on your funding  and must be addressed before submission of census.

ISSUE 2

We have identified students shown in MI from previous academic year who were meeting condition of funding are shown as not doing so of the cases we have seen the schools would see a deduction of £12- just short of £50K for condition of funding that they have not met according to collect but have done so in their MI.

Schools that are impacted that we have had the collect report for we are providing a template to populate which when checked we will ask them to submit to DfE as a potential COLLECT issue
