Business cases must exceed a threshold of 5% of allocation funding value to be adjudicated, if successful the full value of the business case will be paid

From January 2026

Business cases must still exceed the threshold but now if successful only the value of the business case less the threshold will be paid

With a £100K business case and a threshold of £80K only £20K of additional funding will be generated by the business case
